We are currently working on a new Cali Move Help Center to make support easier, faster, and more useful for everyone.
The goal is simple: we want to help you find answers more quickly and make it easier for our team to understand your request when you contact us.
Find Answers Faster

Many support requests are about similar topics. With the new Help Center, we want to collect the most common questions in one place, so you can quickly find the information you need without having to wait for an email reply.
This can be especially helpful for questions about the Cali Move App, subscriptions, workouts, account settings, technical issues, and other frequently asked topics.
Report Problems More Clearly
If you are experiencing a problem, you can now use the contact form to send us the important information we need right away.
Before submitting a request, the form helps you check a few basic steps, such as whether you already looked through the FAQs, updated the app, or restarted / reinstalled it.
You can also include details like your device, operating system version, app version, and a description of what happened. This helps us understand the issue faster and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth.

Check Known Bugs

We also added a Known Bugs section.
Here you can see if an issue has already been reported and whether it is currently being investigated, a fix is in progress, or it’s already fixed.
This is useful because if your problem is already listed there, you don’t need to send us another support request. We already know about it and are working on it.
Check Planned Features

Another new section shows Planned Features.
This gives you a general overview of features and improvements that are currently being planned or worked on.
We do not provide fixed release dates, but this section helps you see which improvements are already on our roadmap.
Feature requests from the feedback page will be added here once we have evaluated the idea and committed to pursue it long-term.
Why This Matters
The better the information we receive, the better we can help.
By improving the support process, we want to reduce repeated questions, avoid unnecessary back-and-forth emails, and make sure users get the right help as quickly as possible.
It also helps us spend more time improving the app, fixing issues, and building a better training experience for the whole Cali Move community.
Still in Progress
The Help Center is still being built and improved step by step. Some topics may already be available, while others will be added or refined over time.
We will continue expanding the Help Center with useful answers, clearer explanations, and more support topics based on the questions we receive most often.
Visit the Help Center
You can visit the new Help Center here:

If you need support, please use the Help Center whenever possible. It helps us understand your request better and allows us to support you more effectively.
Let’s keep improving,
The Cali Move Team
